About Brillia

What is BRILLIA?

BRILLIA was created with a clear purpose: to promote brain health in conjunction with personal development. Its approach is based on integrating the latest science with practical tools that strengthen the mind and contribute to a longer, more fulfilling life. BRILLIA’s mission is to help people discover their brain’s potential, build a healthy, vibrant, and happy mind, and slow cognitive decline through its courses.

Having a strong and healthy mind is key to living longer and better.

Professional Career

BRILLIA’s founder, Yael Lorberfeld, began her career as a clinical psychologist and earned a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She later became certified as a coach in mental health, family health, and brain health. Currently, she teaches at San Diego Community College and leads international courses in both English and Spanish. With more than two decades of experience in teaching, psychological counseling, and brain health promotion, she has developed a comprehensive approach that unites emotional well-being with optimal brain function across all stages of life.

Objective and Mission

Interest in brain health has been strengthened by advances in the field of neuroplasticity, which demonstrate the brain’s remarkable ability to adapt, learn, and transform throughout life. This understanding has inspired a clear mission: to contribute to brain health education as an effective means to enhance quality of life, promote personal growth, and extend both longevity and mental well-being.
